SOCIALITE currently does not ship outside of the United States. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during business hours 8am to 4pm PST, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, will be processed the following business day, excluding major holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process non-expedited orders.

Customers can choose ground or expedited delivery. Additional fees will be notated on the checkout depending on the service chosen.

SOCIALITE does not ship signature required. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped. SOCIALITE is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unless otherwise stated shipping promotions are for ground shipping only.

Standard delivery on order under $75.00 and Non-standard/expedited delivery (you pay shipping costs) within the United States are delivered by USPS or UPS depending on your carrier selection during checkout. Standard delivery on orders over $75.00 (free shipping) within the United States are delivered by USPS.


If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), at SOCIALITE we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

All United States orders are eligible for FREE prepaid UPS return mailing label. To initiate your return/exchange, you will need to contact in order to receive your designated FREE prepaid UPS return mailing label via email for you to print out. To ship an item back to SOCIALITE please: 

1. Pack your item(s), include packing list that came in your original order, and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package. 

2. If you are including items from multiple orders please make sure to include each packing list from your original orders in the package. 

3. For exchanges, we recommend you contact customer service to ensure the item(s) you wish to exchange for are available. Please allow for 2-3 business days to process, plus the delivery to your area. 

4. Mail your package using one of the following methods: 

                            a. Drop your package at a carrier drop-off location without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS site to find the closest                                     location. 

                            b. Alternatively, you can leave your package at a location with a scheduled pick-up.
