Return Policy
- Socialite items purchased in department stores, boutiques and other retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Returns can only be processed to the original place of purchase.
- Online orders must be sent back to our warehouse.
- Items returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Socialite gift cards are non-refundable.
Online Returns
- For quick returns, please use the Happy Returns portal: socialitestaging.happyreturns.com
- All US online orders are eligible for a free pre-paid USPS return label.
- Please follow the below steps to ensure your return is taken care of as quickly as possible:
- Pack your item(s) and include the packing list that came in the original order.
- Print and affix the pre-paid USPS return label that was included with your order.
- Drop your package off at a USPS location.
Returning a Gift
- If you wish to return or exchange a gift that was purchased online, please email returns@socialiteclothing.com.
Where's My Refund
- Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
- You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
