Order Information

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday during business hours, 8am to 4pm, PST, excluding major holidays.
• Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day, Monday. 
• We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
• Customers may choose shipping method at check out.
• FREE Shipping All orders will be shipped via USPS.

Ground orders

• Placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will ship out within 1 - 2 business days.

Expedited orders (Overnight or Two day)

• Placed Monday through Thursday before 4pm PST will ship out the same business day. 
• Expedited orders placed on Friday will ship the following business day, Monday.
• Expedited orders placed after 4pm PST will ship out the following business day.
  
• All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. 
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We only ship to the shipping address entered at check out when the order was originally placed.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
